My children wished there was a dedicated play area for kids.

nice friendly owner, comfortable rooms, good bathroom facilities and toiletries etc provided.

lee, thanks for everything during our stay in birdnest, it was so amazing, the room was so clean, breakfast was so nice, especially "grape juice" everything is perfect...thanks lee...if i have a chance to go to seoul again, definitely will staying at your hostel...

For dads, it would be great to have a designated area for children to play and engage in activities.

Lee is very friendly. The other guests are very friendly too. The place is clean and well kept. Lee instruction to the hsotel is very accurate and good., make it very easy to find the hostel

Breakfast starting at 8 am is a bit too late. Should be 7am. There is no table to sit to have breakfast. The shower should be separated male from female. There is no hooks in the shower cubicle to hang your towel or clothings.

It was great value for money and very clean. And Lee, the host is a gem.

I keep coming back to this hostel because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, kitchen, AC, laundry, TV room. The staff even helped me find my lost wallet. Coming back for Easter!

The staff was really nice, always ready to help and provide useful tips. the location is great, close to shopping streets, restaurants, and nightlife. the hostel is surrounded by a protective wall, making it feel safe. the kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for cooking meals. Bonus: It's one of the cheapest hostels in the area.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

Mr. Lee, is really helping person, whenever asked for. the place is peaceful, people who stayed with me were very nice and respectful to each other. There were lot of things in bathroom, so no need to carry your own, It seems that Mr. Lee care for his guest very much personally. His nature is always helping to the people, and respect a lot to females guest. I love his attitude. when I plan again to visit korea, I will stay again to his place. Hope He maintain the same way in future.

Its a small house, with no balcony, but its ok.

Mr. Lee is super nice. Though the location seems far from the metro station on map, it is actually a short walk. Quick Wifi.

It would be the best if the toilet can be cleaner.

The rooms at Birdsnest Hostel Hongdae Foreigner Only were seriously awesome! They had all the stuff I needed to chill, like a comfy seating area, a flat-screen TV , and even air-conditioning to beat the heat. Plus, they had a safety deposit box for my important stuff. It was like a cozy home away from home!

Honestly, the only thing I wasn't too keen on was that there's no air-conditioning in the female dormitory room at Birdsnest Hostel Hongdae Foreigner Only. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

helpfull staff , nice owner.

We researched a lot of places for staying in Seoul. This hostel places in a great area, very close for the subway station. Mr. Lee's hostel gives safety feeling. We leave our stuff in different places, nobody took it, same with food. We were staying for almost 2 weeks, so become friends with everyone who is staying where. No problem with Internet access, friendly atmosphere, clean hostel and low price for all of that. Sounds great! Especially, I would like to thank a lot Mr. Lee who provided us information about sightseeing and helped us a lot with everything. Mr. Lee, FIGHTING!)))
